Qualification: Degree in Business Administration

Job Description :

  • Responsible for negotiating with suppliers on all renovation works related to factory, office & retail stores.


  • Handles renovations for retail shops, office and factory.
  • Responsible to source for materials and services, and, negotiate price and delivery time.
  • Evaluate vendors' quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.
  • Advise internal and external parties on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
  • Evaluate suppliers' performances based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices, and, ensure all the criteria are met according to the organisational requirements and expectations.
  • Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery standards and short lead time requirements
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Willing to learn and committed.
  • Experience in renovation will be prioritised (retail shops, factory and office).
  • Preferably male candidate below 35 years old.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude.
