Qualification: Diploma in any field

Job Description:

  • Assist on day-to-day operation on handling online customer service through live chat, emails and over telephone.
  • Assist on online corporate sales enquiry and support.

Requirements:

  • Customer service oriented, patience, polite, presentable & communication skills.
  • Basic computing software skills - word & excel
  • Able to speak pleasant English, Malay & very good written English.
  • Experience in customer service line, telemarketer or related.
