ADMIN EXECUTIVE (hq)

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field

Job Description :

  • To support the department operations by providing Administrative support to Directors and providing assistance to the wider Group in key areas.

Responsibilities:

1) Order processing :

  • Incoming orders : print picking lists
  • Repair orders: plan delivery lead time and costs with Operations Manager
  • Issue invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, debit notes and miscellaneous order forms.
  • Prepare shipping documents for export markets (proforma invoice,packing list, airway bills, etc.) and liaise with the courier agents for collection of stocks.
  • Liaise with customers and ensure timely delivery.

2) Plan weekly production target :

  • Monitor inventory movements and sufficiency in warehouse.
  • Plan production & delivery lead time with Operations Manager upon receiving purchase orders from the customers.

3) Stock take :

  • Plan stock take for :
  • C100 / Local and international markets
  • C102 / RSUK market
  • C081 / Manufacturing parts/wooden base
  • C082 / Packaging material
  • C083 / Raw material
  • C085 / Manufacturing parts / BP

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Advanced Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • High proficiency in English is a must.
  • Computer literate ( Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Strong attention, meticulousness to detail and time management is a must.
  • Outspoken and able to build relationships with various department
